Octavella is the system your school’s music dealer uses to run their rental program. If your child plays a rented instrument, this is probably where you pay for it and keep track of it.
Starting a new rental?
Rentals are set up through the music dealer your school works with, not through us — so the link you need comes from them. Check the letter or email from your band or orchestra director; it will point at your school’s own rental page, with the right instruments and the right prices already on it.
If you cannot find it, your director will know who supplies the program.
Given an instrument at school?
Instruments handed out at school carry a small QR label, usually on the case. Scan it with your phone camera and you can claim the instrument, see what it is, and report a problem with it later without having to find any of this again.
There is nothing to type in — the label is the way in, so you will need the instrument in front of you.
Still stuck? Email us at support@octavella.com and we will point you at the right dealer.
